Far Seekers Guild Hierarchy

Highlord Ambassador – Teejay
Duties include overall leadership of the Council and supervises the High Council to ensure that they are fulfilling their duties. Has veto power when setting guild policies. Will be responsible to maintain guild relations inside & outside of the guild. Will be responsible to peruse other guild boards to keep up to date with the happenings of Norrath. Has full authority to make decisions for our guild (based on guild policy) and will be the Spokesperson for Far Seekers.

High Council – Boheman, Laenyan, Sheeana, Shikke
These are the senior officers and report only to the Highlord Ambassador. They have full authority to make decisions for the guild (based on guild policy) . The High Council will supervise the Council & Elders to ensure that guild policies are being followed.

Elders – Dixee, Keogh, Tomack
Members of the council that may perform traditional officership duties such as tagging new invites.

Council Members -
Council Member duties include assisting our members with any guild-law questions they may have or to refer them to someone who can help. They may also answer any questions about guild policy for others outside of the guild.


Far Seekers Guild Councils

The Far Seeker Guild Leadership is made up of various councils whose members work together to ensure that our guild functions efficiently. Each council is headed by an officer of the guild and that officer is available to answer any questions members may have concerning that specific council.

Induction Council
Headed by Teejay

Seneschal – Teejay
The Seneschal will head all activities dealing with new recruits, gaining membership, and new members. Duties include checking the forum for new applicants. Speaking directly with any members who sponsor an applicant. Answering any questions applicants may have either in-world or through the forum. The Seneschal will also be responsible to peruse other forums outside of the guild to keep up to date with people of The Rathe. Once an applicant has been accepted, the Seneschal will arrange that the member is tagged into the guild. The Seneschal will directly oversee the Stewards to ensure that they are fulfilling their duties.

Stewards – Shikke
The Stewards will assist the Seneschal by answering any questions new applicants may have about the guild. Will also arrange for new applicants to join guild events prior to accepting membership. Stewards will need to keep up-to-date with both the guild charter and new membership policy. Stewards need to be friendly and helpful as they will be a direct reflection of our membership when dealing with applicants. Stewards will report directly to the Seneschal and will arrange the tagging of any new members through him.

Council of Justice
Headed by

Justiciar –
The main duty of the Justiciar is to maintain guild peace by ensuring that the guild charter is followed by all members. Duties may include reprimands, mediation, and overseeing the Sgt at Arms. The Justiciar has full authority to deal with members who do not follow guild policy and does not need to consult with the Highlord Ambassador before following through with said decision. The Justiciar will also assist members with any problems they run into with others outside of our guild.

Sgt at Arms –
The Sgt at Arms will assist the Justiciar in keeping guild peace. They will report directly to the Justiciar. Sgt at Arms will need to keep up-to-date with guild policy and deal with problems that arise in a fair and equitable manner. The Sgt at Arms has full authority to deal with members who do not follow guild policy and should be contacted if any members have a problem with another person within the guild or outside of the guild.

War Council
Headed by Sheeana

The War Council will be made up of raid leaders to organize and oversee guild raids. The War Council will also include a Loot Council which will consist of council members for our melees, priests, and casters. In the matter of raiding & loot the War Council leaders have final say in all decisions. They will oversee all council members that make up the War Council to ensure that they are satisfactorily fulfilling their duties.

Royal Knight –
The Royal Knights will organize and execute rotational and planar raids with the help of the War Council Leadership. They will be responsible to research strategy and to provide the membership with information & tactics before the raid is scheduled. They will also be responsible to ensure that members follow raid procedures and both guild and RTA policies on said raids.

Knight -
The Knights will organize and execute Master level raids (45+) with the help of the War Council Leadership. They will be responsible to research appropriate level zones and provide the membership with information & tactics before the raid is scheduled. The Knights will also organize and schedule all epic raids for our members. They will also be responsible to ensure that members follow raid procedures and policies on said raids. Royal Knights must explore and gain knowledge of many zones in the required level. They must put in the time and dedication to lead successful raids and to assist all members in learning their duties on a raid.

Historian –
Duties include scribing meeting, event, & raid reports for our guild forums. Will also be responsible to post guild events on other forums outside of the guild.

Loot Council
Headed by Laenyan

The Loot Council was created to divide the spoils of war amongst the members of the guild in such a way as to make the guild stronger as a whole. As such, the decisions made by the Loot Council are final. The Loot Council Coordinator also has the responsibility of overseeing the Treasury Council.

Captain –
The captains will be responsible to maintain a loot roster for all melee classes. These include bards, beastlords, warriors, rangers, rogues, monks, shadow knights, and paladins. Using our loot policy, they will award loot to members of these classes. Captains will need to keep up-to-date with all guild & loot policies, have a wide knowledge of melee class equipment, and will be required to make fair decisions that are in the best interest of the guild. They will answer directly to the Loot Council Leadership.

Priestess –
The priest/priestess will be responsible to maintain a loot roster for all priest classes. These include clerics, druids, and shamans. They will be responsible to carry out the same duties as the Captains and will answer directly to the Loot Council Leadership.

Scholar – Boheman
The Seekers will be responsible to maintain a loot roster for all pure casting classes. These include enchanter, magician, necromancer, and wizard. They will be responsible to carry out the same duties as the Captains and will answer directly to the Loot Council Leadership.

Treasury Council


Curator – Boheman
Curator duties will include maintaining the guild vault and reimbursing guild members for costs of reagents, etc used during guild functions. The Curator will oversee the Treasurers and be a liasion with the Loot Council.

Treasurers – Boheman
Treasurers will assist in all Curator duties and will provide a bank in which to store guild property. They will be responsible to provide up-to-date records for their individual banks.
